The Project Manager will co-ordinate and monitor the work that has to be accomplished in order to meet the project's overall and specific workpackage objectives and to ensure quality of final results. The administrative and financial management of the project involves the maintenance of contact with the Project Officer, formulating propositions for possible modifications of the work plan, supervising contacts with all external organisations, delivering all types of reports and deliverables, monitoring project cash-flow and managing conflicts by application of the foreseen procedures. In order to ensure smooth project running additional administrative staff member would provide support for the tasks: (T.1.2, T.1.3). Quality control & assurance procedures will also include T-Pot's Management Team meetings (T.1.1, T.1.4) at regular intervals (once in a month time) and in particular at key milestones in the project and project reviews. At regular meetings following activities will be discussed: project progress, work included in WPs and approving deliverables.

Objectives

Description of work

All planned activities will be closely monitored and if necessary, corrective measures will be performed. Co-ordinator, with help of the Project Management Team and employed administrator will ensure that all planned activities are realised.

Expert member is responsible for consultancy regarding writing reports to EC, advising project and research manager, so as administrative personnel on all relevant aspects (contractual and financial EU rules).
